*- Are these products FDA approved?
RE: All these products use an adhesive (i.e. glue) to fix the bamboo strips together, and it is actually the adhesive that the FDA monitors. This cutting board is made with an adhesive that's use has been approved in cutting boards.
*- Is this product dishwasher safe?
RE: No, we recommend hand washing. Bamboo is a natural material, so submerging it in water for a long wash cycle and exposing it to the high heat of a dry cycle can warp the cutting board and damage it.
